Cutler Fixed Income Fund

Today’s fixed income markets require discipline and a nimble approach. We seek to combine our firm’s macro-economic outlook with a portfolio positioned to anticipate changes in interest rates

Our Process

We seek to add Alpha primarily through individual security selection and sector positioning, managing risk relative to the yield curve. We look to invest into a broadly diversified basket of high quality bonds.

Alpha is a measure of performance on a risk-adjusted basis. Alpha takes the volatility (price risk) of a mutual fund and compares its risk-adjusted performance to a benchmark index. The excess return of the fund relative to the return of the benchmark index is a fund's alpha.

This information provided should not be used as the sole basis to make any investment decision. The data have been obtained from sources believed to be reliable, but the accuracy and completeness of this information cannot be guaranteed.  Credit ratings derived from Standard & Poor's (S&P).  These ratings represent the opinions of their respective organizations as to the quality of the securities they rate.  S&P ratings range from AAA (extremely strong capacity to meet its financial commitment) to D (in default).  Unrated securities do not necessarily indicate low quality.  Ratings are relative and are not absolute standards of quality.
The Fixed Income Fund invest in bonds, which can lose their value. Credit risk (the risk that the borrower will fail to make timely payments of interest and/or principal) is heightened for lower rated or higher yielding fixed-income securities and lower rated borrowers. In addition, lower-rated debt securities may be subject to greater price volatility. The credit quality of a particular security or group of securities does not ensure the stability of safety of the overall portfolio. The value of most bond funds and fixed income securities are impacted by changes in interest rates. Bond and bond funds with longer durations tend to be more sensitive and more volatile than securities with shorter durations; bond prices generally fall as interest rate rise.
Different types of investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance that any specific investment or strategy will be profitable or suitable for a particular investor's financial situation or risk tolerance. Asset allocation and portfolio diversification cannot assure or guarantee better performance and cannot eliminate the risk of investment losses.
Investing in any mutual fund involves risk, including the risk that you may lose all or part of your investment
